TERMS AND CONDITIONS
According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to hire the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR for the supply and installation of door hardware in the apartments at an address mentioned above.
The SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to offer his services for this installation and will provide all the materials, tools, equipment, machinery and labour required to set to do it.
The SUBCONTRACTOR must follow all the rules and regulations, state and civic and also those laid down by the apartment complex body while installing the door hardware.
The SUBCONTRACTOR must ensure that all the materials used for the work are of good quality and he shall be responsible for any accident.
The SUBCONTRACTOR must finish the installation work within 1 week of signing this contract.
The CONTRACTOR shall pay the SUBCONTRACTOR a sum of $10,000 for the installation of door hardware in the apartments.
Both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
