Demolition Subcontract Agreement

A demolition subcontract agreement is an agreement created between a contractor and a subcontractor whereby the subcontractor agrees to perform demolition work for the contractor at a particular project in return for a sum of money.

  • According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR seeks the demolition of the property mentioned above with complete removal of the structure.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR has to break down and remove the structure keeping with the legally and environmentally accepted demolition practices and rules.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all the necessary labour, materials and equipment to demolish the structure.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR has to get all the required demolition permits or approvals from the right sources and must show it to the CONTRACTOR.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR shall be liable for any injuries occurred during the demolition process and must pay for the insurance of it employees.
  • The agreement can be extended for an additional period of time should both parties agree to it.
  • The demolition work must be completed within a week of signing of this agreement.
  • If the demolition is successfully completed on time, the SUBCONTRACTOR shall receive a sum of $20,000 from the CONTRACTOR.

Both parties agree to the above terms and conditions.
