Dealership Service Agreement


A dealership service agreement is a document which is drafted between a company which manufacturers or produces a commodity or good and a person or a dealer who is interested in selling the good produced by the company. This is a legal and formal document which contains certain terms and conditions which must be agreed upon by both the involved parties.

Sample dealership service agreement:

This agreement has been made effective on the effective date of 14th Oct 2011 and shall remain into effect for 12 months from effective date of agreement.

This agreement has been made between the parties with the following details and titles under the agreement:

Terms and conditions are given as follows:

  • TERMINATION

The termination of agreement shall take place on 14th Oct 2012

  • The COMPANY must be provided with sales reports every month as they receive order for more cycles.
  • The DEALER cannot provide sub dealership without consent of the COMPANY prior to any commitment.
  • The payment must be made every month and within the first week of each month.
