Cricket Training Agreement


A cricket training agreement is a document which is drafted between two parties which are the trainer and the trainee. Such agreements are basically documents which consist of terms and conditions, important dates, monetary considerations etc which are all legally binding for both the involved parties.

Sample cricket training agreement:

This cricket training agreement has been made effective on the date 2nd August 2011

Length of agreement: 6 months

Termination of agreement: 2nd Feb 2012

This agreement has been made between the parties whose details are given as follows:

TRAINER

The TRAINER agrees to provide training to TRAINEE for a period of 6 months

The TRAINEE agrees to take cricket training from the TRAINER.

Timings: 6am to 9 am

Days: Saturday and Sunday

Number of trainees: 20 in one batch

The following are the various terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • The trainee must try and not miss classes as there will be no extra classes provided under any circumstances.
  • The entire payment must be made on the first class of the training session
  • The trainee can extend agreement length during any time of the agreement by signing another agreement.
  • The trainer must also be present at all classes and do his best to provide enough physical training and theory knowledge too.
