A corporate training agreement is an agreement which is signed or drafted between two or more parties, one of whom is the trainer and the other is the trainee. The agreement is based upon a certain number of terms and conditions which are legally binding in equal amounts for both the parties.

This agreement has been made between the following two parties:

The TRAINER shall give Corporate training to the TRAINEE for 12 months in which training will be provided which covers corporate behaviour methods.
Duration of agreement: 12 months
Cost per month: $200
Total cost: $2400
Terms and conditions:
- The trainee agrees to take corporate training from the trainer for a period of 12 months.
- The trainer agrees to provide training to the trainee on corporate method without missing any classes during the period of agreement.
- The trainee must be present on all classes and inform the trainer about any changes in class timings or rescheduling of classes.
- The trainer must provide enough practical exposure to the trainee during the period of agreement.
