Construction Management Agreement

A construction management agreement is an agreement made between a construction service company and the organisation or individual which hires the construction company for a fixed period of time. This agreement lays down the terms that are signed by mutual consent of both the parties.

Sample construction management agreement:

This agreement is made between Shaw Brothers hereby known as the RECRUITER and GB services hereby known as the CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.

This agreement is made effective on 28’Th Dec, 2010.

The construction work comprises of managing the construction of the commercial complex made by Shaw brothers.

The duration of contract: 24 months from effective date.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The total amount available for the construction work shall be $2000 and will include all the material, machinery and labour charges.
  2. The construction company agrees to complete the work in accordance with the laws of the state.
  3. The recruiter agrees to provide all the materials in time as and when ordered by the construction company.
  4. The construction shall be carried out according to the plan laid by the architect and as discussed amongst both the parties.
  5. The construction shall be carried out with full diligence, skill and care and in a timely manner.
