Commercial Tenancy Agreement

A commercial tenancy agreement is commenced between the two interested parties, whereas one party acts as a property owner and another tenant. Such an agreement is prepared for the commercial use of hired property such as trading, importing & exporting and storing goods, etc.

Whereas the tenant is agreed to the offered term & conditions for hiring the land to fulfil commercial purpose and the land owner has accepted the rent amount.

This agreement is validating from January 31^st, 2011 and is terminating on January 31^st, 2012.

Rules & regulations:

• The land owner will receive $ 45670 as an advance amount on time and will keep the record of total received payments.
• The tenant will use the hired land for building a temporary export shelter for the commercial purpose and will pay $ 4560 as the rent amount to the land owner on 3^rd of every month.
• The tenant will be held responsible if any kind of problem occurs due to commercial reasons within the duration.
• Any unsettled monetary dispute may results into the agreement cancellation.
