Commercial Tenancy Agreement


A commercial tenancy agreement is commenced between the two interested parties, whereas one party acts as a property owner and another tenant. Such an agreement is prepared for the commercial use of hired property such as trading, importing & exporting and storing goods, etc.

Hereinafter called as the tenant

Whereas the tenant is agreed to the offered term & conditions for hiring the land to fulfil commercial purpose and the land owner has accepted the rent amount.

This agreement is validating from January 31st, 2011 and is terminating on January 31st, 2012.

Rules & regulations:

  • The land owner will receive $ 45670 as an advance amount on time and will keep the record of total received payments.
  • The tenant will use the hired land for building a temporary export shelter for the commercial purpose and will pay $ 4560 as the rent amount to the land owner on 3rd of every month.
  • The tenant will be held responsible if any kind of problem occurs due to commercial reasons within the duration.
  • Any unsettled monetary dispute may results into the agreement cancellation.
