Commercial Property Sale Agreement


A commercial property sale agreement is an official document which is drafted when an individual or an organization referred to as the owner sells a commercial property to another individual or an organization. The details mentioned in the agreement include the sale price and location of the property.

This agreement has been made on this day of 10th May 2011 by and between Hen Pee referred to as the seller and Rene Gee referred to as the buyer.

Both the parties bound by legal terms have to agree to the following terms:

  1. The seller agrees to sell his house and the buyer agrees to purchase the commercial property located at:

  1. The purchase price of the property is $300000 which the buyer has to pay in advance. If the buyer fails to pay the full amount, the seller has the authority to cancel the agreement.
  2. The seller has to ensure that he has cleared all outstanding dues of the property like the premium for insurance.
