CEO Employment Agreement


A CEO employment agreement is a legal document signed between COMPANY and the EXECUTIVE chosen for being the CEO. The agreement states all the terms and conditions which have to be followed by both the parties. It talks about the responsibilities and duties of the EXECUTIVE during the length of the agreement.

Terms and conditions:

  • The EXECUTIVE agrees to be the CEO of William CO. and pledges to work with diligence and full attention to the uplifting of the company’s name and reputation.
  • The COMPANY agrees to pay the CEO $6000 per year.
  • The EXECUTIVE will be responsible for the projects, development, marketing and overall growth of the COMPANY.
  • The COMPANY shall forward all duties and responsibilities to the EXECUTIVE and will have no rights whatsoever in the functioning.
  • The breach of any term shall result in legal implications.
