Casual Employment Agreement

A casual employment agreement is an agreement made when an EMPLOYEE is hired casually by an EMPLOYER. This agreement sets the terms and conditions which are legally binding for both the involved parties.

This agreement is made between EMPLOYEE and EMPLOYER.

This agreement is made effective on 28’Th Dec, 2010.

The EMPLOYEE is recruited casually by the EMPLOYER.


Mr. Raymond Wills is hereby known as the employer and owns Craft Furnishing house which has its head office located at C-6 Downing Street Canada


Mr. Henry Douglas is hereby known as the employee and is assigned casually the position of junior assistant consultant for marketing.

The following are the terms and conditions to be followed by both the parties:

  • The EMPLOYEE hereby agrees to be hired at Craft furnishing house for a period of 12 months. His job includes 8 hours of working time every day for 5 days a week.
  • The EMPLOYER hereby agrees to assign the EMPLOYEE to manage the marketing process under the senior manager for marketing
  • The EMPLOYEE is a casual employee and it is his duty to work towards the development of the company and to do his work with diligence and skill.
