Carpentry Subcontract Agreement

A carpentry subcontract agreement is a deal made between a general contractor and a subcontractor whereby the subcontractor agrees to offer his services, equipment or labour related to carpentry work to the contractor in return for a sum of money.

  • According to this agreement, the SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to provide his carpentry services and expertise to the CONTRACTOR, whereby the scope of the services shall include supply of labour, equipment and installation of the various articles related to carpentry.
  • The CONTRACTOR agrees to accept the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR keeping with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
  • The CONTRACTOR will be paying the SUBCONTRACTOR $20,000 for the latter’s carpentry services, out of which $10,000 will be paid in advance.
  • The term of the agreement shall begin from the day this contract is signed between the two parties and all carpentry work must be completed by 6 months of signing this contract.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for the quality of his services and the carpentry equipment provided to the CONTRACTOR.
  • The CONTRACTOR has the right to inspect the premises whenever he feels the need to.

Both parties agree to the above terms and conditions.
