Car Dealership Agreement


A car dealership agreement is a legal document which is drafted when a manufacturing company assigns a car dealer to sell their car in various different areas. The agreement contains the details of all the parties concerned and various terms and conditions agreed between them.

This car dealership agreement has been drafted on this day of 24th May 2011 between Fast Wheels Limited referred to as the car dealer with showroom address located at:

32 Rock Ford Road,

New York, New Jersey 4262

And Ford Corporation referred to as the car manufacturer with head office located at:

75 Aspen high Road,

New York, New Jersey 4215.

As per the agreement Fast Wheels Limited will be selling the Innova brand of cars manufactured by Ford Corporation in their showroom.

Terms and conditions to be followed by the car dealer:

  1. The car dealer assures that they will not be selling any second hand car of the Innova brand.
  2. The employees of the car dealer have to attend a training session conducted by the car manufacturer to gain knowledge about the features of the car.
  3. The car manufacturer has to provide all the promotional related materials to the car dealer.
