Cabinetry Subcontract Agreement

A cabinetry subcontract agreement is a deal made between a contractor and a cabinetry subcontractor, according to which the subcontractor provides his services for the installation of cabinet fixtures, sometimes also the materials, for a sum of money paid by the contractor.

  • According to this agreement, the CONTRACTOR agrees to accept the services of the SUBCONTRACTOR for the purpose of providing cabinetry services to the CONTRACTOR.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR will be providing his cabinetry services to the CONTRACTOR keeping with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
  • The CONTRACTOR will be paying the SUBCONTRACTOR $10,000 for the latter’s cabinetry services.
  • The term of the agreement shall begin from this date of signing of the contract and conclude upon completion of the work, which must be completed by one year of the signing of the contract.
  • This contract will be terminated if either party breaches on the terms and conditions or defaults on its responsibilities as mentioned in this agreement.
  • The SUBCONTRACTOR is responsible for the quality of the cabinetry equipment provided to the CONTRACTOR.
  • The CONTRACTOR has the right to inspect the premises if and when he pleases.

Both parties agree to the above terms and conditions.
