Business Plan Confidentiality Agreement

A business plan confidentiality agreement is an agreement signed between the PROVIDER and the RECIPIENT wherein information related to a business plan and its functioning is to be kept confidential. Both the parties are bounded by law to follow the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Both the parties hereby agree to the following:

  1. The provider agrees to pass the confidential material related to his business plan of publishing business to the recipient for duration of 12 months from the effective date.
  2. The recipient agrees to use the information only for evaluation purposes and is bound not to make the information public in any form.
  3. The information passed involves the method and functioning of a business plan formulated for the development of the business such as the machinery, technology and budget details.
