A building maintenance agreement is signed between the owner of a building used either for residential or commercial purposes and a company which specialises in maintenance work for a building, and in return for the services the owner pays a specific amount to the service provider.

This maintenance agreement is made between the CLIENT and the COMPANY on the effective date of July 27, 2011 in San Antonio, whereby the COMPANY shall be providing the CLIENT maintenance services for a commercial building owned by the CLIENT.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT: 1 year
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
As per the agreement, the COMPANY shall provide all necessary labour and materials for maintenance services of a building located in the address mentioned earlier.
The CLIENT shall pay the COMPANY a one-time amount of $5,000 which shall include all types of maintenance and repair services
The CLIENT has to pay for any item that needs to be replaced by a new item but he shall get a 20% discount from the COMPANY on the retail price of the item
The COMPANY shall give preference to the CLIENT for providing emergency services over non-agreement customers
The agreement is valid for 1 year and if any changes are introduced, consent of both parties is required.
