Artist Management Agreement

An artist management agreement is an agreement drafted when an individual referred to as the artist manager agrees to manage the career of an individual who is in the profession of acting. The details mentioned in the agreement include the kind of the job responsibilities of the artist manager and the fees that will be paid to the manager.

Sample Artist Management Agreement

This agreement is made and entered into as of 20th of March 2011 by and between Clone Jack referred to as the artist manager with office address at:

52 High End Street,

Fairy Land, New Orleans 5126.

And Tom Hanks, referred to as the “artist” residing at:

41 Paris Paradise Road,

Fairy Land, New Orleans 5124.

To work as the manager of the artist.

There are few terms and conditions that both the parties have to agree to:

  1. The artist manager has to keep a track of all the shooting dates and contacts of the artist.
  2. If the artist manager gets a project for the artist, he will get a commission of ten percent from the artist’s fee.

The parties hereto have properly executed this agreement by putting their signature below:
