Antique Mall Vendor Agreement


An antique mall vendor agreement is an agreement which is made between the mall owner and a vendor who wishes to take a place in the antique mall for the selling of his products.  Such agreements are legal in nature and form and the terms of such agreements are compulsory to follow.

This agreement shall last for 12 months from effective date

Total cost for one month: $2000

The owner agrees to lease an antique shop in the antique mall to the vendor for 12 months.

The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement:

  • The vendor agrees to occupy space and use the shop only for commercial use of selling antique items.
  • The owner can terminate the agreement is the vendor is found to do any illegal work in the shop.
  • The Vendor must make payment within first week of each month.
